Atlas Park Summer on the Green schedule 8/24 – 8/30

Mon 8/24 – Family Fun Day. Rain or shine. If it’s too hot, raining or the grass is soggy the event will be held indoors on lower level beneath Regal Cinemas.
11am – Mad Science – The Rocket Show
12pm – Free Dance Lesson

Wed 8/26 – Movies on the Green sponsored by Broadway Stages
7pm – Live DJ
830pm – Outdoor movie – Brave. People with bouncy castle blankets up should near the front and people with chairs further back so everyone can see without being blocked.

Thurs 8/27 – Reading on the Green with the Queens Public Library sponsored by Mayne Construction of LI. Recommended age for the arts & crafts portion is 3 and up. Rain or shine.
11am – Held indoors on the lower level beneath Regal Cinemas.

Fri 8/28 – ZUMBA on the Green with NYSC. This event has been extended to 9/18.
530pm. You do not have to be a member of NYSC to participate.

Sat 8/29 – Yoga on the Green with NYSC
930am – Bring a mat. You do not have to be a member of NYSC to participate.

Sat 8/29 – The Wanderers live in concert. If you like 50’s music you’ll want to be here!
7 – 9pm on the Center Green.

Sun 8/30 – ZUMBA on the Green with NYSC.
930am. You do not have to be a member of NYSC to participate.

***ZUMBA and Yoga classes will be moved inside NYSC if it’s too hot, raining or grass is soggy.

All events are free.

They will be accepting donations vis ipods, ipads, iphones or itouches at all events for people who suffer from Dementia or Alzheimer’s.
