Crowley helps connect youth to employment and education services

Councilwoman Elizabeth Crowley joined together with local organizations to host a youth access event at the Shops at Atlas Park in Glendale over the weekend.

More than two dozen organizations were on hand to help provide dozens of kids with with information on alternative paths to graduation, internship programs, job training, social services, immigration services and more.

“Through this event, we aimed to extend opportunities to not only the disconnected youth, but all youth throughout the community. Every organization that participated knows the importance of providing youth with a solid foundation to help them grow,” Crowley said. “My thanks to Legal Hand and to every group that participated in this important event.”
