Councilwoman Elizabeth Crowley is allocating $700,000 in capital funding for improvements along Myrtle Avenue in Glendale.

After meeting with the community, Crowley is moving forward with an initiative to use some of the funding to bring historic street lamps to the Avenue from 80th Street to Woodhaven Boulevard.

“I’m so pleased we can move forward with this project to Jeux Sportifs gonflable beautify Myrtle Avenue and make it more attractive for consumers, residents and business owners,” Crowley said. “This commercial corridor lends in fueling our local economy, and it’s important to do what we can to keep it thriving.”
