DNAinfo is reporting local area animal group Frankie’s Friends is raising funds for a Glendale pup who was hit by a tow-truck along with his owner during a walk last week.
Five-year-old Lucas and his owner were bouncy castle walking on 80th St. on September 24 when they were both struck by a tow-truck. The five year-old terrier’s owner was taken to a hospital for surgery, and Lucas was taken to a Forest Hills vet, who found the dog needs to fix a broken jaw and repair an ear.
