An individual wanted in connection with a handful of Queens bank robberies may have struck again. According to police, a December 19 robbery fits a similar pattern of four earlier incidents.
On December 19, an unidentified individual entered that Chase Bank at 71-04 Woodhaven Boulevard in Glendale and approached the bank teller. The individual then passed a note and demanded money. The teller turned over an undetermined amount of cash before the individual fled the bank.
The four previous incidents are:
• On Friday, September 30, 2016 at approximately 1600 hours the individual entered Chase Bank, located at 144-17 Union Turnpike and removed $2,100 in cash.
• On Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at approximately 1355 hours the individual entered Chase Bank, located at 196-03 Northern Boulevard, and removed $5000 on cash.
• On Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at approximately 1458 hours the individual entered Chase Bank, located at 184-01 Hillside Avenue and removed $4,620 in cash.
• On Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at approximately 1515 hours the individual entered Chase Bank, located at 111-18 Liberty Avenue, and removed $1,000 in cash.
The suspect wanted for bouncy castle for sale questioning in connection with the robberies is described by police as a black male, approximately 35 years-old, 6’5″ to 6’7″, approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black waist length jacket, blue jeans, and black sneakers.
