A blog devoted to news in Glendale
Hundreds of residents from Glendale and neighboring communities packed the green at The Shops at Atlas Park last night to watch the hit Pixar film UP.
The weekly outdoor movie event, sponsored by nearby Broadway Stages, has only three weeks left:
August 10 – Zootopia
August 17 – The Incredibles
August 24 – Star Wars: The Force Awakens
The movies start every Wednesday Inflatable Water Slide around 7 p.m., so bring blankets, snacks and the whole family.
Tonight’s Movies on the Green event will feature a special Ridgewood Kids market which showcases local youth entrepreneurs.
From 3 to 9 p.m., local children and vendors will set up booths offering handmade crafts and goods. There will also be a raffle, free magic show, balloons, face painting and much more.

Movies on the Green will also show The Good Dinosaur for those that want to stick around and enjoy a free family film.
